It really shouldn't hurt so much anymore, but it does. I know that's the typical sort of self-indulgent blog bullshit that fills every chasm of the internet, but there you have it. Maybe you should go write a story about it and post it on your own bloody blog.
This pain should be driving me back into familiar territory, should be pushing my addictions and my lusts, but I've been surprisingly mellow. Well, just... mopish.

On that note, I've turned off the radio and put on some Bach. Mmmmm cello goodness. Music keeps me sane... relatively.
I'm keeping a very close eye on France at the moment, as much as I hate Sarkozy (I really, really do)... France does need a shakeup. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out. It's something to occupy my mind, anyway, and turn it from other things. Other such little purveyances of distractions include the U.S. Democratic candidate race. Mmm fun.
P.S. Did I mention that, despite the fact that I love Kiwis, they're bloody fucking insane?
